Metrowerks
Metrowerks is an Austin, Texas based company who will deliver Gamecube developers with special compiling software for the Gamecube. So it uses popular programming languages to work with the Nintendo Gamecube.
Applied MicroSystems
Applied MicrosSystems was just one of several companies hired on to ensure that developers have the best suited environment to make games. They’re doing the development hardware for the Nintendo Gamecube.
Numerical Design Ltd.
ND created the NetImmerse 3D engine. It’s basically a bundle of tools to help software developers.
NEC
NEC actually manufactures the Custom Graphics Chip for the Gamecube; codenamed “Flipper”.
Macronix
Macronix manufactures Gamecube’s audio DSP, which adds to the design of the Custom Graphics Chip.
MoSys
MoSys is the company behind the 1T-SRAM memory. 1T-SRAM stands for (IT: single transistor, S: means that the memory is static and RAM: is random access memory.)
